At Mei Deecor, we are committed to providing high-quality canvas art and décor that enhances your living space. Each product is carefully inspected before shipping. To give you peace of mind, we offer a limited warranty for our products under the terms outlined below.

1. Warranty Coverage

  • Our products are covered by a 6 months limited warranty from the date of delivery.
  • This warranty covers:
  1. Manufacturing defects (e.g., misprints, incorrect sizes, poor canvas quality).
  2. Structural damage caused during normal use.
  3. Items damaged during shipping (if reported within 7 days).

2. What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper handling, accidents, or misuse.
  • Normal wear and tear (fading due to sunlight, scratches, stains, etc.).
  • Damage caused by exposure to moisture, humidity, or extreme temperatures.
  • Products altered, customized, or repaired by third parties.

3. Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim:

  2. Provide your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
  3. Our support team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

4. Resolution Options

If your warranty claim is approved, you may choose one of the following:

  • Free Replacement – We’ll send you a new product at no extra cost.
  • Store Credit – Apply the value toward a future purchase.
  • Refund – Issued to your original payment method.

5. Limitations of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
  • Mei Deecor is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
