- Our products are covered by a 6 months limited warranty from the date of delivery.
- This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects (e.g., misprints, incorrect sizes, poor canvas quality).
- Structural damage caused during normal use.
- Items damaged during shipping (if reported within 7 days).
2. What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper handling, accidents, or misuse.
- Normal wear and tear (fading due to sunlight, scratches, stains, etc.).
- Damage caused by exposure to moisture, humidity, or extreme temperatures.
- Products altered, customized, or repaired by third parties.
3. Warranty Claim Process
To make a warranty claim:

- Provide your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
- Our support team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
4. Resolution Options
If your warranty claim is approved, you may choose one of the following:
- Free Replacement – We’ll send you a new product at no extra cost.
- Store Credit – Apply the value toward a future purchase.
- Refund – Issued to your original payment method.
5. Limitations of Liability
- Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
