At Mei Deecor, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right. Please review the guidelines below for our returns, refunds, and exchanges process.

Return & Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging (if applicable).
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Opened consumables (e.g., pet food or similar items, if ever listed in store)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

Return & Refund Scenarios

(a) Exchanges – Wrong Product Variant

  • Action: Email support@meideecor.com within 30 days, specifying the item and the replacement needed.
  • Shipping: Customer pays return shipping unless the item was incorrect or defective.
  • Timeframe: Replacement ships within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

(b) Change of Mind

  • Action: Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Refund: Item price only (shipping fees are non-refundable).
  • Shipping: Customer pays return shipping.
  • Timeframe: Refund issued within 5–7 business days after inspection.

(c) Faulty or Defective Items

  • Action: Send photos and a description to support@meideecor.com within 30 days.
  • Resolution: Choose between a full refund or free replacement.
  • Timeframe: Processed within 7 business days of approval.

(d) Damaged During Shipping

  • Action: Contact us with photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery.
  • Resolution: We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund at no cost.
  • Timeframe: Processed immediately once verified.

(e) Received the Wrong Product

  • Action: Notify us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the incorrect item.
  • Resolution: We’ll ship the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect one.

(f) Order Never Arrived

  • Action: If tracking shows no updates, or your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us within 30 days of purchase.
  • Resolution: We’ll issue a full refund or reship the order at no cost.

(g) Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipping: You may cancel your order for a full refund.
  • After Shipping: Please follow the Change of Mind return process.

Refund Method & Processing

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method unless otherwise requested.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take additional time to appear after we process your refund.

  2. Our team will provide the return address and instructions.
  3. Package your item securely and ship it back using a trackable service.
