 - Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

 - Every order is carefully packaged to ensure your canvas arrives in perfect condition.

Shipping Options

 - Standard Shipping: Free delivery within 4–7 business days.

 - Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery in 1–3 business days for a flat fee of $7.99.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing:

 - Tracking number

 - Carrier details (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL)

 - Direct tracking link

  To track your package:

  • Open your shipping confirmation email.
  • Click the tracking link or visit the carrier’s website.
  • Enter your tracking number to view real-time updates.

Peak Season Delays

During high-demand periods (holidays, sales events, promotions), delivery times may take a little longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to multiple addresses within one order.

Lost Package

If your order shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  1. Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
  2. If the issue remains unresolved, email us at support@meideecor.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
    We’ll help file a claim or arrange a replacement if needed.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • We will notify you immediately.
  • You may choose to resend the package (additional shipping costs apply) or receive a refund minus shipping fees.
